cc> I have more or less stopped looking at the top 10 now. And just like you, I go there for the people.

fari> I agree with that. Another way would be to expire accounts after 30 days and stop pinging them. If people are only using ping as a avenue to promote their blogs and not wanting to be a responsible member of the same community, then well, ping.sg can say goodbye to them.

aaron> There will be people who accuse me of being clique-tish. But I'll like to keep myself update about my friends.

Jeslyn> Now I will mouse-over each post and see who is the poster. If it's another one of those jerks I simply don't read them.

bobo> keeping updated about friends is what friendship is about.

snow> Yep. Until a newer version of ping.sg do something about it. I am saying NO to the top 10 until then.

xy> It has become tiring to do that. I had 20+ blogs in the [-] category, and I heard some has gotten like 200+. I can no longer be bothered to [-] them. In fact, I'll simply ignore what's ping'ed on ping.sg until a newer version of ping comes around. We can do our part by not ponging those postings.

Berlin> the list will be renewed regularly. I will add blogs as it goes along.

hey thanks for reading my blog=)
but i do agree that i rarely pong the top ten entries on ping.sg anymore. Instead, i will only read blogs that i really like directly.
Plus, if u glance through the top ten entries, they mostly contain explicit content. And this is not fair to those who really write good stuff but fail to attract as many readers as those from top ten=(
